They were terrific people , the villa it was incredibly amazing and clean. The location is ideal, since it’s away from all the crowd of the city. Besides Ahmed offers to pick you up at the West Bank side every time that you’re crossing from East bank without charge. Mahmoud’s breakfast has been the most incredible experience regarding to Egyptian food, and if you have the chance , try eating lunch at their restaurant. They will definitely help you for tips if you want to go to different places with reasonable prices. I absolutely recommend staying at Ahmed’s place, this is by far one of the best options to stay in Luxor.

Bathroom sandals and bar soaps recommended to pack. Airport/ train transfer, driver, site guide, sunset Felucca sail, morning hot air balloon ride over the valley, anything is possible, just ask. Breakfast is served next door at the family run Sunset Restaurant, highly recommended restaurant. Restaurants, ATM’s, small grocery stores, etc all nearby. AC, space heater and fan. Night noise is inevitable in Egypt, earplugs recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our authentic, local experience on Luxor’s West Bank vs the East Bank’s pricier massive tourist hotels.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even came to pick us up when we were in a difficult situation, and they always did their best to help us with anything we needed. If I ever come back to Luxor, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 10/10
