Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Arands at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only was he always available via WhatsApp, making us feel safe and cared for, but he also took extra special care of my partner’s 40th birthday, arranging daily surprises that made the celebration unforgettable. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. A special mention to Mohammed and his amazing bar team, who provided outstanding service from the pool to the lobby bar. They knew our drinks before we even arrived and always greeted us like old friends. What truly blew us away was that Mohammed remembered my birthday from our visit five years ago and surprised us with a cake and a celebration at the bar—such a personal and thoughtful touch! The resort also features a huge projector screen, perfect for catching football and MMA games in a lively atmosphere. The food was a delight every day, with freshly made pizzas, pasta, and live-cooked pancakes, donuts, and waffles for breakfast. Dinners were just as impressive, featuring BBQ nights, seafood feasts, and a variety of delicious desserts. The Lebanese restaurant and the teppanyaki show added unique dining experiences that we highly recommend. For those who love the water, snorkeling here is incredible. Even if you don’t dive deep, the sandy shoreline is filled with bright, colorful fish that swim right up to you, making for a breathtaking experience. A big thank you to Ahmed, our room attendant, whose dedication to cleanliness was unmatched. Walking into our room each day felt like checking into a brand-new space. The animation team also brought so much fun and energy to the resort, making sure everyone felt included and entertained. The staff’s multilingual skills—speaking English, Italian, French, and more—made communication effortless and welcoming for all guests.

The 5-star Charmillion Gardens Aquapark features a large outdoor pool surrounded by cushioned loungers and a private beach access. It has spacious rooms, a restaurant offering themed buffets, and a 24-hour all-inclusive service shared with the nearby sister hotels where guests can eat and drink at bars in Charmillion Group Resorts' sister hotels Everything is great. The staff is super nice everywhere you go. From the lobby office, they make us a free upgrade of the room, the food is really tasty, special the veal cooked in various ways and the staff in the restaurant really pay attention at guests. Also, Special thanks to MARHOUS from cleaning service. He is very professional and trustfull and we enjoyed all the things he made from towels, everyday.

Thank you to the restaurant staff, the beach staff, the reception staff, and the person who made sure our room was clean each day. Special thanks to the Front Desk manager, Mohamed, who has a wonderful team and amaizing Guest Relation. The diversity and taste of the dishes are impressive, you can choose from the 4 restaurants plus 3 à la carte. I don’t understand the comments of the people who are not satisfied with the food and say it’s repetitive. We will definitely return next February.

Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a beach front resort located in the Sinai Peninsula in the splendid area of Nabq Bay. Private beach and a diving centre await guests at this 5-star hotel. The resort also boasts a large infinity pool, along with 10 food and beverage venues. It is 7 km from airport. The resort was very nice & comfortable. Everything is available at the resort & the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious & versatile. Had the best time there & will definitely come back again.
