He is amazing, I travel a lot and he just stands out at the best reception person I have ever seen. Hats off to him. The rest was equally perfect - great comfy room, perfect view, perfect setup (love the shower/toilet split from the sink/mirror room). It was really quiet although you cannot be more central than this hotel. I would certainly go back if ever in Seville.
