Es Mercadal itself is a charming and authentic village, offering a genuine taste of local culture. The variety of excellent restaurant options nearby made every meal a delight. The road it was located on was quiet, but it was very central to everything in town. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel offered a very reasonably priced "honesty bar" where you could purchase Coca-cola, beer etc. for a much better price than a standard hotel mini bar. My room was well appointed and had a lovely view of the surrounding rooftops. Very good value for money. I hope to stay again soon.

A very lovely building with exposed stone throughout. Room is compact but has everything and was very comfortable. We appreciated the fridge in the room as we like to have cold water and salads. The hotel has cold sparkling water on tap for guests. Also downstairs a kettle for our morning tea. Also downstairs a large table that I used as a study. Ilaria was the owner and she was a lovely person and very helpful. Place was very clean. Room has air con although did not need it in April. Quiet at night and comfy bed. Located perfectly on edge of town near main square and close to everything.
