The vibes of the old school are still there which looke really cool. We accidentally booked a wrong date, but the host prepared a room either way. Everything was clean, including the kitchen, showers and sauna.

The host Joonas was very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble when asked and he always replied promptly. I travelled here with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and the facilities were top notch…our group really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

We had an amazing time in Kotatuli - staying with a local family (and their dogs) really makes a trip to Lapland very special and personal. Living in the middle of the forest is such a treat to relax and unwind, plus you get to see the Northern Lights driving there. Totally recommended!

Boasting garden views, Cityhome Kaarto offers accommodation with a terrace, around 1.4 km from Arktikum Science Centre. This apartment features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. My stay at Cityhome Kaarto was truly amazing. A big thanks to the team for providing an early check-in and guiding perfectly on reaching the location. Coming to the property, I must say it is very cozy, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has sufficient utensils and was fun to work in. All the appliances like the Microwave/coffee maker/dish washer/washing machine were working as intended. The kitchen has coffee, filter & sugar. There was also some groceries (like pasta, spices, oil etc) in the kitchen that one could use if needed. The location is great as it's close to super markets & restaurants (5 mins walk). The railway station and the city center are just a 15min walk. If i'll ever visit Rovaniemi again, I'll only stay here.

This hotel is perfect after a long train ride and you don’t want to take a taxi. Vire greeted us at the reception. There were no rooms avaialble yet so she offered to store our luggages in a room so that we can start exploring the city. Vire was very friendly and helpful. She was also the person who checked us out the next day. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Temperature of the room was perfect! I love how the hotel corridors were very well lit and our room was easy to find.
