This is our second time at Les Carmes. It's a magnificent accommodation and I love the rooms, especially the showers! Pascal is such a great host, and this time we met Mina who was a delight and who so kindly encouraged our french. The aperitif hour at 7pm each night is a fun and generous addition to our stay and an opportunity to socialise with other guests if you choose. I am sure we will be back next trip to France.

This was a perfect place to stay. We loved the location, the apartment, the building, and the service. It was clean and quiet with fantastic views of the ocean. We could walk to the metro and stores. The value was superb. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. Very close to the port, all the restaurants and the beach. Check in was very easy. The bathroom was modern and lovely. It had beach towels, chairs and other beach equipment! Bruno was really lovely and very helpful. Bruno had left maps and guides in the apartment. It would be the perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. We stayed for 3 and the size of the apartment was starting to get very cramped then. There was lots of shampoos and body washes available.

This was by far the best place to stay during our vacations. Hosts were extremely helpful with everything without even asking. The place is brand new, well equipped, very comfortable. It had every little thing we needed. The location is also great as a base point to explore all the beautiful villages around.

The best part i loved about the property was the location. It's the centre point of the city. You can literally get off the train and walk 5 minutes to reach the property. Owner was really friendly, beds are really comfortable. Cleanliness was perfect. The AC was perfectly working. Best place to stay within a very cheap range. Quite affordable. Upto 4 people can stay. I really liked the property. Definitly going to recomend and revisit again.

a great place to stay in Nice! location is very convenient- extremely close to the train station, but also only 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. it is close to the main shopping street meaning there’s shops and a lot of restaurants around. room was clean, comfortable. staff is attentive and nice. loved my stay!

The apartment is perfect location, restaurant and bars all within walking distance to everything. Wonderful view from the rooftop. Sarah was extremely helpful and kind. It is the perfect place to stay for a reasonable price, as it is near everything you will want to go to, see or do. Shower was powerful and balcony was nice, but I did not use it much.
