A historically made paris summer home with a hostess Catherine, who is a 5th generation caretaker of this absolute gem. Once you walk into the front gate and up the manor steps you quickly forget about the crowds, noise and terrible traffic that paris has always been. This guest home is well maintained, incredibly charming and Catherine goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable from the minute she meets you at the parking spot until she walks you out at the end of your stay. Madam Catherine also provides a complimentary thoughtful breakfast with the softest, freshest crossiants you could bite into, juice, jams, breads and butter. My daughter and I have stayed in several places in paris but this place felt like home. We decided instead of madam Catherine we would now call her Catherine the Great!

Only 10 minutes by metro from the centre of Paris (metro line 1 - La Défense/Château de Vincennes), you can easily reach the numerous shopping areas the city provides, and after a day’s out exploring the French capital you can unwind in one of the hotel’s lounges. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an excellent location and a cozy, elegant vibe. The room was spotless and comfortable. Most importantly, Charlotte at the reception was absolutely exceptional, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She made my stay extra special with her attentiveness and warm hospitality.

The house was lovely and unique, with beautiful accents of antique furniture and wood work. It was very clean, had private parking and within driving distance to down town Paris. Our host were extremely accommodating as our ETA kept changing due to traffic coming from Belgium. The family suite was perfect. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone to sleep. It had an nice size bathroom and a kitchenette. I was very happy with our stay and will happily book again next time I am in Paris. To top off our stay, we had a lovely and delicious breakfast provided by our host.
