Everything was perfect. Cosy, spacious, clean 1-bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen overlooking common area. Good sound proofing. Mattress in bedroom extremely comfortable, good sized room. Great host- very helpful and responsive.

We loved every moment of our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. A lovely little village. A really nice end to our visit to the UK.

Had a wonderful stay at the five alls! Very comfortable and nice room, amazing breakfast and dinner, the staff was great as well! By far the best accomodation we stayed in during our trip!

We had sunday lunch which was really good, just enough room left for dessert which was also lovely. The wine list is a little limited although the wine we had was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel the following evening which was just as good. The staff are absolutely lovely from front to back, day and night. The hotel has a really warm homely feel to it. The lounge area with the fireplace was really cosy and comfortable, we nearly fell asleep there. The room was very well presented and i have never stayed in a room so clean. The attention to detail is first class.

We loved everything about our stay at the Bird in Hand inn. We arrived and went straight into the inn where we were met with a Very Happy atmosphere which was brought on by the owners and staff, who are the most welcoming and happy that we have seen. (I can honestly say I went away to destress and just by meeting these happy people on the first night made me smile) We booked a table for dinner, And then went to our room which was so clean, warm,spacious and tidy, we relaxed for an hour then got ready for dinner. we went in and got taken to our table in this beautifully designed inn, My starter was home made pate on warm toast. Wife’s starter was King prawn with mussels. they arrived in quick time and we both said how exceptional this food was. My main was Lambs Liver with Bacon, Wife’s main was Fish and Chips, These I know are simple old traditional dishes, somehow the chef has turned them into something special which we enjoyed immensely. We don’t normally have pudding but we had to try it and see if it was as good as what we’d already eaten, we had the apple and peach crumble with vanilla custard, I hope my mother doesn’t read this post as it’s the best crumble I’ve ever eaten mothers is now second. The beers we had with dinner were perfectly kept. 10/10 to the Bird in Hand from us we loved everything about our stay. Thankyou
