Extremely clean, all appliances and furniture were top notch! The host was super friendly and helpful. He even responded early before check in time and showed me the parking spot so I can park in congested Kavala. Without his help parking was impossible.. all parkings were full. He gave us perfect recommendations for authentic markets and restaurants in Kavala (not usual tourist destinations). We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this place is one of the best for comfort and cleanliness. The tv on the photos seems old, but there is Amazon fire stick and you can watch whatever you want.

Exceptional place, great location, modern designed, equipped with everything and sparkly clean. Excellent service and very nice stuff. Breakfast is included and you have variety of choice. I will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this ground-floor apartment from a house near Kavala. The design of the space was beautiful and thoughtful, and we especially appreciated the cleanliness, the lovely garden, and the pool. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the beach in Palio and close to several restaurants, while still being conveniently near Kavala, which was easy to reach by car. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Especially the owner of the business, Akis, was very helpful in terms of places to visit and eat. Although there was no parking lot, he directed us to a very close parking lot. We did not have any problems with parking. We thank Mr. Akis. If we come to Kavala, we will choose this place again.

The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio, perfect for relaxing. It’s ideal for a couple or even a short trip with friends. Would definitely stay again!
