The room was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with our little baby. The location was also very convenient as it’s directly connected to the IFC mall. Highly recommended!

The hotel showcases exceptional décor and architecture from the world's top designers. Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

We are lucky to stay in many 5-star establishments everywhere, and I admit to having been impressed several times by The Peninsula Hong Kong. The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. The attention to detail, the responsiveness of the staff, room facilities are excellent. We thank Juliette for her professionalism, her smile and her know-how for making our stay perfect. Stunning In all aspects… big thumbs up to the club lounge team especially our concierge Corinne ! Also great to meet with Adam at the Ozone… with delicious tailor made cocktails. Everything was flawless… we got treated like kings and this experience will stay in my memories forever…

Spotlessly clean and room type reserved was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent, professional and very attentive staff. Great HK and harbor view from the room. Aubrey bar & restaurant is great on the 25th floor.
