We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this ship converted to a hotel.. Staff was amazing, as was the food. Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.

Nite & Day Laguna Bintan is a 3-star property situated in Tanjung Pinang. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared lounge and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation features a concierge service, and luggage storage for guests. Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

They're very detailed and organized. Breakfast provided is fresh and tasteful. Drivers are also easy to approached. Activities are value for money and good experience.

The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Housing a restaurant and a beachfront bar, The Spa Villa Bintan offers a tropical retreat with kayaking facilities and water sports activities available at its sister resort. Wi-Fi is accessible for free in public areas. Everything was perfect. We appreciate all of hospitality. Staffs were so kind with warm smile, free pick up transportation from ferry terminal, clean and peaceful location, delicious food, comfy room. We'll certainly come back here to stay longer. We especially love the pool, this is definitely infinity pool!
