After a very long research on properties in the island, I found this recently opened hotel which didn't have many reviews, but look new and attractive for us. Once we got there, we fell in love with it. The pool was great and the room we stayed in looked very new. The staff was the nicest and the breakfast was delicious. You can also rent a bike in the reception so you can get around the island. It is also very central and very near to the port. 100% recommended.

Truly a remarkable place and the best stay we’ve had on this trip through Bali and this little bit of Lombok. The facilities were lovely but not overly fussy. The staff were friendly and attentive with being intrusive. The room had lots of natural light and good translucent curtains that allowed in the sunshine without putting us on display. The location was an about 50 meters from the main road with stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbor where we arrived and also booked our snorkeling trip. From there it was a 5 to 10 minutes clockwise around the island for the best sunset beachfront drinks and dining or 5 to 10 minutes counter clockwise for yoga, more restaurants overlooking Lombok (I assume you might also see a sunrise there you were a sunrise kind of person) and some great snorkeling from the beach. We spent a week there on our month-long vacation and, while that’s longer than you need to see Gili Air, I don’t regret a day.

Could order everything you like from the menu. - Staff is very nice. - Location is the best; very close to the port and restaurants, but really quiet. - Amazing pool.

Situated within 700 metres of North East Beach and 700 metres of Gili Trawangan Harbour, Kalamoana House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gili Trawangan. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location was in a quieter part of the island. Air conditioning was superb.
