The hotel boasts 6 dining options, a luxurious spa and rooftop swimming pool. Great hotel with incredibly nice and happy staff. Always a smile on your face. the rooms are a bit worn but very clean. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again. A big plus is that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with a lot of good restaurants.

Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.
