He invited me for tea one afternoon when I arrived back from a tour. He helped set up cars and drivers to explore the Munnar area. The homestay has a pool. The room had a big attached balcony. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bed was situated so that you could take in the view from bed. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were plentiful and a great way to share experiences with other guests.

We are avid foodies but we ended up never leaving the hotel for food as they have a great kitchen and it is incredibly reasonably priced. - Manoj acted as our guide and chauffeur for the two days we were there, he planned excursions for us and suggested more things to do which was great. For the first time in 3 weeks, we let the locals take the lead and it went amazing. - great views and balcony in the bedroom! We seriously could not have asked for a better stay; we know how difficult it is to find reliable hotels at an affordable cost in India but this is definitely one of them!
