Nice and calm neighborhood, and a beautiful historic building, with the hotel on the 4th floor. I like to explore the city by walking, so I enjoyed the location along the river. I've found great bakeries and weekend markets nearby. Kind and helpful personnel. My room was great and beautifully designed. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I enjoyed the local toiletry products and the local jams at breakfast, nice detail. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Our 3rd time there and still the best place in Florence.
We love the rooms, the location, the people are always very nice and helpful.
It's very well cleaned, comfy beds.
The breakfast is not the biggest buffet out there, but given the little space they have, it's plenty enough.
We'll be back.

The hotel is really amazing! Super close to Duomo and in walk area from train station. The staff is very welcoming. We were traveling with small dog and they put blanket for the sofa and plate with water. Also aperitif was for free))) it’s that type of hotel that you don’t want to go out 😂

I always enjoy my stay at the residence. It provides all what I need: private parking, best location near the city center and the tramway, a large apartment with separate kitchen and living room. All this with a very kind and profession
staff.

The location cannot be beat - just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio and within the walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is small but very comfortable for a short stay. We especially loved that there was coffee and biscuits, so we could have breakfast at the apartment, before setting out to explore Florence. A bottle of wine was also a very welcome gift :) Look no further - this is a perfect place to stay in Florence.

A perfect place to stay whilst in Florence! The location was great; just 7 mins away from the super busy centre and so it was fantastic to be on a street that was much more peaceful. Very close to all the tourist attractions.
The room was spotless, large, and very modern!
Communication with the staff was great; very responsive and welcoming!
Lots of snacks were provided too! - Biscuits, waffles, fruits, crisps, milk, water.
Great amenities - microwave, kettle, iron etc
Overall, a truly fantastic place to stay at; definitely recommended!

Perfect place to stay in Florence, Central location, super clean rooms, premium facilities like towel, personal soap bar, shampoo even in dorm room, free luggage storage, nice terrace with sunbeds, budget friendly in house bar and cafeteria. However the biggest perk was the free swimming pool and Sauna. Just amazing loved every aspect of this dorm, so far the best one I experienced in Europe.

The property feels modern and clean with tiled flooring throughout and comfortable beds.
Nice touch to have some water in the fridge when we arrived
The location is good being on a main bus route and a 10 minute walk to the tramline that runs from aeroporto peretola to downtown Florence. City centre is walkable in 30 minutes
Residential neighbourhood is pleasant and safe with a couple of supermarket nearby

Absolutely fantastic location! Our room was lovely - clean and spacious and very quiet. To be honest due to the central location I was prepared for a bit of noise during the night, but there was no such thing. It was very peaceful and we had a great rest. The receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay. From now on this is going to be my go-to place to stay in Florence!❤️

Hotel is located at the very downtown - best location I have slept in a long time. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but clean. It is true that there can be noise from the street but closing shutters helped a lot. On the other hand, who does expect quite place at the historical centre of Florence?

A nice place to stay in Florence with a great location. It's so close to the city centre but in a really quiet street. Has a small supermarket right next to it and some great restaurants around. The staff was really responsive. The apartment is a bit dark but the facilities are good. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, and the ACs worked well.

Fabulous location in the heart of Florence, just a few minutes walk to the most popular attractions. The room was large and gorgeous, like a trip back in time with Renaissance murals on the walls and ceiling, yet all the modern amenities are provided. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The perfect place to stay in Florence!
Overall it's a good place to stay. Nice and helpful owner, only thing you need to notify him 30 min before arrival, so he come to make check-in. Location no super cetral, but good - 15-20 minutes to city center by foot. Room was clean and looks authentic with some vintage furniture.

The whole set up was excellent.
24 hour reception if needed.
Tourist information office, where all tickets to skip the lines could be booked.
Shuttle bus for 3 euro return to near centre.
Supermarket. Restaurant, bar, with very decent prices.
Swimming pools x 3, but water very cold!
Staff really great.
Really quiet and relaxing place to stay.
Best location to stay in Florence if you aren’t extremely rich.
Wouldn’t consider ever staying anywhere else.
The hotel has a very good location, next to the Gelleria dell Accademia, only several minutes from the city center, but very quite at night. The view outside is terrific and I can see the downtown from my room! The scenery from the rooftop of the hotel is even better.
The hotel owner is very nice and updated my room to the one with bathroom for free.

Great place to stay at after the hustle and bustle from the city center. Location is very accessible by tram, has supermarket nearby, and has a quiet neighborhood. The place has airconditioning unit in the bedroom and living area which is really great esp during summer season.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and the facilities are excellent. The room has a good size with coffee/tea facilities. Overall a good place to stay for work or on a holiday if you don't want to be at the centre but in a quieter area, still close to city centre in walking dstance.

The apartment was beautiful and optimally located in the city center: all high-lights of Florence could be reached at walking distance. Although it's location is in the city centre, the apartment is really quite, also because of the fact that it is located in a traffic free area.

Breakfast is good. The location is near the city center. It is 10 mins by tram and 20 mins by walk. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's a bit dull and quiet. It is not the best place to stay if you are a partygoer. The room was clean and the hotel staff are really nice.
