Free WiFi access is available throughout. Superb hotel with a very clean and large room with balcony, a fantastic bathroom, lovely swimming pool and great breakfast. Please note that spa is as extra but overall quality/prices is at the top. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Savoia Excelsior Palace's elegant surroundings top to bottom made me want to stay there forever! There was everything to admire and savour in this hotel. We even had a family shoot in the lobby and library! Its facilities, amenities, food, staff ~ all splendid! I looooved the toiletries in our bathroom. Towels & bathrobe were luxuriously plush! Looooved every minute of my stay in Savoia! High praises to Elisabeth @Front Desk who did an excellent job when we checked in and praises to Giulio @Concierge who was very helpful with our questions.

Rooms are spacious and come in minimalist design with mostly black and white colours and very particular armchairs. You have free wired internet in your room and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Everything was perfect .Breakfast was really good. Tomy made sure everything in the breakfast was more than perfect. Staff are very helpful ( specially the ones at the front desk) and courteous. We just loved our stay . Special mention of the breakfast area- just loved the floor.

New, central, nice and modern, high quality. Our request about the position of the apartment was granted. Wellcome bottle of vine in the fridge. We had a small issue at the beginning which they solved in a short time.

The apartment was perfectly arranged, very safe with coded locks on every door, and spotlessly clean. The location in the city center was ideal — everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. We are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
