With just four rooms, it has a cozy, boutique feel, and everything inside is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and stylish space.
The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. While the breakfast wasn’t a full course meal, it was perfectly fine and a nice start to the day.
Overall, it’s a great little spot—perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. We’re excited to see it grow and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something new and personal.

PolandFrom the moment we arrived, Stefania welcomed us with such genuine warmth - and her sweet puppy Ottavia made us feel right at home :) Stefania went above and beyond throughout our visit, always ready to help with anything we needed.
One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast - absolutely delicious, and served in a cozy dining room. Our room (especially the bathroom) was beautifully designed, full of character (think of the modern-retro style), yet still very comfortable.
What really stood out, though, was Stefania’s kindness. After we left, I realized I had forgotten my jacket - she went the extra mile and shipped it back to me! That kind of care is rare and really meant a lot.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Gorizia area - you’ll be in great hands!

Really good location, close to beach and not so long walk to reach downtown. Spar is just below the flat. The flat is relatively clean. Air condition worked well.

Amazing staff, they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast were absolutely amazing, rooms were big and clean. Location is in the city centre close to the beach. Perfect parking in their garage.

Fantastic location, the historic city center is a short walk, Supermarket is right at the ground floor making it super easy to buy groceries for your stay, the apartment is really nice and cosy and well equipped with everything. perfect with small kids

The host Antonella is very helpful and will give you all necessary information.

Francesco was very kind and helpful, answering all my questions. We arrived late on Friday evening, even this was not a problem, he was waiting for us at the hotel at the agreed time. The rooms were very clean and sophisticated, furnished with very good taste. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent! Several types of Italian ham, cheese and salmon were also offered. Several types of soft drinking, real Italian coffee were also available. The location is as good as possible. It is close to downtown and also on the beach.

The location is really great: next to the beach (even out of season, it's very pleasant to walk around and watch the sunset) and a few minutes away from the city center. The breakfast is very good and has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend.

As the apartment is directly in city center it provides great accessibility to beaches and restaurants. Even with the location apartment is quiet and provides a sanctuary for respite and recharging your batteries. The owner is helpful and willing to go every mile to make your stay comfortable. As you contact owner about your arrival she is there in mere minutes. In the apartment is even small snack waiting for you prepared by owner, so it helps to manage first minutes of your stay.

Beautiful house, huge kitchen for all the family to gather. Pretty garden with BBQ and an outside shower to cool off when sunbathing. The location is stunning, it’s peaceful and quiet but only a short bike ride to the village where you can buy delicious fresh bread and pastries. Such a wonderful place to stay for a large family or group of friends.

Comfortable apartment, quite location but close to all you need for your stay - beach less than 5 min walk, city life at your feet, old city up to to 10 min walk. Handy small supermarket just around the corner. Entrance from pedestrian zone, but in a quiet street. So you have all privacy you need, yet in you are in the city center. Terrace with a small palm garden to inhale salt air and sip your own aperol, if you don't feel like going out.

One of the best locations in town, 2 minutes to the beach. Sea views directly from balcony. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms. Parking lot (note it is subject of extra charges 15€ and you must book it in advance). Roof top swimming pool (5*) with bar (5*). Depth 1m, so kids can swim and play (for 1-2hours after the whole day on the beach it's ok). Rooftop pool was why we booked this hotel and if the pool wasnt there, the room rates would be absolutely outraged. Very good breakfast with view to one of the squares.

Everything was perfect!
The location is 10/10 since it's basically in the city centre.
Great breakfast with many options.
Stuff is really friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed.
They offer you free rent-a-bike which is a huge plus since the city is so nice for riding a bike.

Absolute clean and generous place with personal touches everywhere. There is literally everything you can think of available in this apartment. Perfect location in the middle of the city centre.
We loved staying at this place. We are really picky, but this place is an absolute gem. Keys were handed over by Annalisa, who is a lovely and nice person and really easy to communicate with.
We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
