I love the warm welcoming of the staff, she is very good ,she came to collect me in the airport,show me key areas I need to get something done ..like where to board train , supermarket around and where I can get train tickets.she is just impeccable. The room is neat , everything is fantastic.

The rooms were cosy and comfortable. We are amazed by the hosts’ hospitality and helpfulness when our car broke down. The home-made pastries and honey which we had for the breakfast were wonderful! Our only regret is that we stayed only for two nights there.

The pool is delightful. The room is amazing. Davide is the best host ever. Breakfast is good. The B&b is immaculate, modern and charming. It’s 5 mins walk to restaurants and bars. It’s exactly like the photos. It’s so peaceful and quiet; you couldn’t hear a pin drop. The garden surrounding the pool is lovely with birds and a resident tortoise. We’d spent two weeks travelling around Puglia and only picked this near Ciampino airport as we had to be at the airport at 8am for a flight home. We wished we’d skipped Bari and had at least a second night here. It was by far our favourite accommodation of our vacation and we’d stayed in 7 hotels, b n bs and even a Trullo. This surpassed them all. It’s less than 20 minutes drive to the airport and Davide was able to arrange transport at a really low cost. We’d reached the property by taking a train from Rome Termini (10minutes) and then a bus (5mins) as we’d dropped the car we’d used around Puglia back in Bari. We so recommend this value for money property and hope we get a chance to go back.

We would really thank you for the hospitality and the all the help and support we got, for every single small detail. Our stay couldn’t be better than this. We never experienced such a warm and friendly gesture throughout the years we have been travelling. Amazing service and perfect location, just 7 min walking from Ciampino train station which takes you directly to Rome Center. The room was cleaned every single day, and the towels were replaced with clean ones. Very calm and cute room, with terrace to enjoy the full moon, and the lovely fresh air. We really appreciated the welcomes and will will definitely come back if we visit Roma again

We stayed here while walking the Via Francigena and absolutely loved this place. Really close to the centre of Nemi, cosy and warm when we arrived and everything we needed on hand. Would happily recommend :)

The room was incredibly clean and had everyhing for the stay. Maybe the host could change the ceiling light to a warmer one, because now with the white light we felt a bit like in a hospital operating room, but all in all everything was great. Great terrace with a view for eating outside.

Where do I even start… Host was wonderful, warm and really helpful with all the things we needed. She showed us amazing places to see and tips for Rome. Staying here really felt like staying at home. It was always clean and tidy. Room and bathroom was spacious. Pool was amazing after hot day of traveling. Wished we could stay even longer and maybe enjoy dinner together to talk about all adventures! If we will go to Rome we will absolutely stay here again! Thank you <3
