A mediaeval building overlooking River Isarco in the centre of Chiusa, family-run Walther von der Vogelweide offers alpine-style rooms and a restaurant with vaulted ceilings. A garden, disco and large terrace are available. The staff was wonderful, in particular, Daniel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend.

Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel offers rooms with mountain and garden views. It includes a restaurant and mini golf pitch. Parking is free, and there is direct access to the Dolomiti Superski and the Sella Ronda ski slopes. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. Service during dinner was top notch. Food was delicious and had a lot variety. Really loved the fact that you can ski in and out.

Hotel Rose provides ski storage and the Kameriot Slopes are 7.5 km away. Both Plan de Corones and Cortina d'Ampezzo can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. We stayed at Hotel Rose for skiing in Dolomites, and we simply loved it! There are many reasons to stay here, so I will bring couple of points: - 🚞 You are 3min walk from the train station(easy to walk with your ski boots on), and you can directly go to 2 ski resorts - 2stations away from 3 Zinnen and 3stations away from Kronplatz(and all trains are free for people staying in this hotel), Kronplatz train station is better organized, since you can directly hop on from train to gondola, amazing experience! If you take the car, Cortina d'Ampezzo is very close too(we didn't like it though, Kronplatz was the best out of three resorts mentioned, by far!) - 🥽 Ski storage room is very well equipped, there are boots' warmers, so you will surely have dry boots in the morning, also you get your own ski storage place with ability to lock it - for free! Just ask at the reception - 👨‍🍳 Half board is super tasty with a big volume(Salad bar + 2 plates of dishes + dessert), and all the staff are very attentive and nice people, for dinner you get 3options - meat, fish and vegetarian - so there is something for everybody. Salad bar is also great with a lot of variety. Great choice of wines as well! - 🛋️ Rooms are very big, comfortable, clean and new! Bathrooms are big and easy to dry some of your stuff. - 🅿️ Parking lots are big, so there is a parking space for everybody! - 🪙 Overall great value! For example, we ordered a lot of drinks for our dinners, and prices were very reasonable! Some tips for people coming for ski: - Buy online Dolomiti Superski pass at least 2days before arrival, you get 5% discount and you can take your ski pass directly from the ticket machine, without the need to be in queue in ticket office, amazing experience! You just scan the QR code you get the ski pass immediately - Book directly through Hotel Rose's website, they are allowing free cancelation 14days before arrival!

About 3 km from Bolzano, Eggentaler is a 3-star hotel 15 km from the Carezza and Latemar ski slopes. The Dolomites can be reached within 20 km. It offers a Seasonal outdoor pool, sun terrace.

Garden or mountain-view rooms are available at the Eggentaler. They are all allergy free and feature Alpine furnishings. Not all rooms have a balcony, but each one has an LCD TV. The hotel has a restaurant. They serve breakfast there in the morning. İn the evening, the restaurant becomes the grill haven. You will never taste such a good meat anywhere in İtaly. We did not drink anything with the meat to keep the smell of the wood in our mouth. The staff was moving in fast forward mode. They were fast, efficient, kind, always smiling. They all know what they are doing. All speak at least three languages and you never look for them, they come to you. İncredible. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

Just 700 metres from the centre of Dobbiaco, Hotel Rosengarten features a traditional restaurant and views of the Dolomites. This family-run hotel offers a free shuttle to Dobbiaco Train Station.

All rooms at the Rosengarten have wooden furnishings and a private bathroom. Some rooms feature a four-poster bed and a balcony with mountain views. The suite was amazing. The hot tub was incredible. The food was delicious. The staff were great.

Hotel Majestic provides a free ski shuttle to the Kronplatz 2000 cable car for the Plan de Corones ski area. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Hotel Magdalener Hof is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bolzano. The restaurant, terrace, and swimming pool all offer beautiful views of the Dolomites. Parking is free.

All rooms offer a balcony or a window with garden view, internal courtyard or Rencio street. The hotel is luxurious and quiet. The staff were all friendly and efficient. There is a very well equipped gym. I enjoyed a drink at the bar and a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was magnificent!
