As a runner I run even when drizzling and wanted some newsprint to stuff in my shoes, but they offered a shoe dryer (small device with two nozzles and heated air). I'd never seen one before, and it worked like a charm. The lobby is spacious and a good place to congregate for an early morning coffee and browse the print newspapers, including an English-language paper. It was my second time staying at the Metropolitan, and, if possible, I'll be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Tsai who went out his was way to accommodate our requests. The location was amazing as it was in the middle of everything but in a very quiet lane where you didn’t want the mad rush just was you walked out of your property. Loved it.

The choices of the materials, since the stone in the bathroom to the floor were very well thought. The room we chose were very spacious considering Tokyo scenario. The amenities were very useful and the complementary lounge with drinks and beverages were the best of the trip. I loved every detail and recommend it.

The hotel is VERY clean and we especially loved the separate shower room from the bathroom/toilet so no wet bathrooms. :) If you are traveling with children, this hotel is ideal!
