One of the wonderful staff members explained all of the info about the hotel to us in english, and there are lots of pamphlets in the rooms to remind you and are easy to translate from japanese. They helped with our bags and drove us from the check in building up to our villa. Our villa had an uninterrupted view of mt fuji from the second floor and the balcony, Im guessing this is the case for all of the villas based on the way they sit on the mountain. Each unit also had a designated parking space close to them. They also drove us back to the station on the morning of checkout.
