The view from the private onsen was really wonderful. Recommended in Myoko!

Dave and Lisa run a warm, welcoming Lodge and work hard to make everyone feel at home. They are great hosts and go that extra mile to make your stay memorable. From the minute we got off the train in Myoko we were looked after. From organizing ski hire and lessons (at last minute), driving us to and from the resorts, to booking and shuttling us to dinner (and even joining us some nights), Dave and Lisa made us feel welcome. We even got a guided off-piste snow boarding tour of Madarao with Dave on a powder day. Kitsune has a relaxed and communal vibe which is in no small part the result of Dave and Lisa's caring approach to their guests. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back Thanks Dave and Lisa.

The house and staff was awesome, they were very helpful with everything we needed. It was epic to have the shuttles from the staff around town to go to dinner or go snowboarding or anything else we needed. Breakfast in the morning sharp at 7:30 got our day started right! Legend inn was the best, would happily stay here again!

We arrived with a 2 wheel drive car during the heart of winter (dont get me started) and the hosts offered to get us chains, which we 100% needed. Mamiko was the best cook we had on our 2 week ski trip and Atsushi took us skiing, plus gave insider tips knowledge on where to ski the rest of our stay. I said 11/10 would stay again but its more like 12/10. Cozy, relaxed, and packed with snow. What more could you ask for.
