Everything and everyone was great. The location right close to Spectacles bridge was quite scenic and convenient. The staff had the balance perfect. They were helpful without being intrusive. This facility is immaculate and is easily the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The all you can eat free icecream was an unexpected and welcome bonus.

It was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—just next to Nagasaki Station, for train and bus. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountain side. It was also very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, making it perfect for rest. If you enjoy shopping or want to buy local specialties like Nagasaki Castella cake, there are many malls and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for your stay in Nagasaki.

- most friendly host's i ever experienced. They made the bike renatal for us, drove us to the port and picked us up and made the most amazing breakfast in Japanese and western style. Definitely recommend them. Tip: you definitely need a car or a bike while staying here
