Lovely family who run the property, helped me book a bus to Kratie saving me the trouble of booking online and having to travel 30km+ to the bus stop. Breakfast was simple yet filling (omelette, bread and tea/coffee). Bicycle and motorcycle and free water refill rental also available at the property. Despite visiting in early May the room wasn’t too hot at night with only a fan although ac was available at extra cost.

Aiming to promote social awareness and environmental-friendly practices. Our stay at Hanchey was unplanned but very nice. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The bathroom shower drained a bit weirdly (the whole bathroom floor flooded), but that was a minor issue. The staff were very nice. The restaurant served very tasty and reasonably priced food. The location is on a hill that overlooks a town and it receives a very nice breeze. We did not take advantage of the yoga classes, but those are offered there as well.
