The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

This place is magical and a little slice of paradise. The French owner, Lionel, was an absolute gem and helped us with booking everything we needed like excursions and transportation. Their Khmer chef is super talented and I even asked her to teach me how to make her mango salad (after I ordered it 4 times in a row! lol It was that delicious). She was wonderful and agreed. My family loved her food so much that we ate at Q more than at outside restaurants which we normally don't do. I'm a foodie and she's fabulous! Besides Lionel and his staff, the pool is the star of this place. It's nestled in the middle of the jungle and you can sit and just listen to all of the wild life around you. You may see a monkey or 10 as well. It's also big enough to swim laps! Individual bungalows are simple, but comfortable and we never even locked our door once we arrived. It felt like staying with family. We brought our two boys and dog from USA and after 2 1/2 months of traveling in Vietnam, I felt like I found heaven in our first Cambodian stay. Highly recommend!!! The breakfast was really nice and the team were very adaptable to the free breakfast offering. The housekeeping team were professional and trustworthy, and the owners was very pleasant
