Very nice new riad (opened in August 2024) with a nice courtyard and terrace and very friendly owners. It is in the middle of the Medina. I had an early flight and had to leave at 5 am and I was accompanied by the owner to find the right taxi and get on the road.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Once the door opens, you find yourself in the oasis of calm. The courtyard of the riad is so harmonious, one could just sit there for hours. Service is excellent: friendly, helpful, flexible and unobtrusive. Our room was spacious with a sitting area and the bed above the bathroom. We had direct access to the sunroof. Breakfast was tasty, local, varied, and always with something extra. The riad has a hammam and dining options, but we did not try these.

Our host Mr. Hassan is a very kind gentleman who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant for our family. He greeted us on arrival and showed us his apartment. His apartment is very clean, spacious and perfectly located in Rabat. It also benefits from a lift which is convient with luggages. He arranged secured parking for us just under the apartment. I recommend Mr Hassan's apartment very favourably!

Exploring the city was a breeze, thanks to the RIAD's convenient location. The staff were amazing Elham, Khaoula, Malika & Oumaima. They were serving with dedication and smiles! Overall, my experience at this RIAD was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The rooms are equipped with a patio with inner courtyard views. This is an exceptional Riad. Faithfully restored to perfection. Lovely location in a quieter part of town near the beach. Breakfast was the best and the staff were excellent. 10 out of 10!
