From the very first moment — warmly welcomed at the entrance by the concierge — we felt not like guests, but like truly cherished visitors. The room was immaculate, thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail, and the welcome treats were a delightful surprise that instantly put a smile on our faces. Every corner of the hotel radiated elegance, comfort, and care. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking views of the marina and Budva’s enchanting Old Town was a dream. The serene sea, the boats gently swaying in the harbor, and the historic charm of the city created a peaceful and almost poetic start to each day — moments we will always treasure. Breakfast was an absolute feast — offered à la carte, with an impressive variety and impeccable service. A heartfelt thank you to Atakan, whose warm demeanor and graceful presentation turned each breakfast into a moment of joy. His kindness and attention made a real difference in our mornings. The hotel’s private bay, accessible by shuttle, was a highlight of our trip — peaceful, pristine, and perfectly organized. We would also like to sincerely thank Ozan at the beach for making us feel truly special with his constant attentiveness and refined service. And none of this would have been possible without the incredible effort and hospitality of Ms. Müge and Ms. Özge. Your flawless coordination and warm smiles made our entire experience seamless and unforgettable. We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude. We are already looking forward to returning — hopefully very soon.

The view is simply gorgeous - the city, mountains and sea. The administrator was very kind. There is a private closed parking. It is very far to walk to the old city and from the mountain, so we went by car. There is a private swimming pool - I also really liked it.

Already before our arrival the services were very good, Andrijana who was taking care of us during all our stay with very kind, always available and very helpful. The house and the swimming pool are ideal, and the breakfast at the restaurant is excellent.

Location, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were absolutely exceptional! Everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Food at the restaurant on the ground floor was great and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning although we had lots of food options nearby. The hotel didn’t have a designated part of the beach directly in front, so getting to the beach where we had the lounge chairs & sun umbrellas included in our price, normally took about 5 minutes to get to. It was totally acceptable. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable, with super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything seemed very new and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the entire hotel was, and especially the rooms. I felt there was a lack of privacy in the bathroom located in the master bedroom. It’s a little weird that only a somewhat frosted glass and a curtain separate the toilet area from the bedroom, but I guess I missed a memo on current modern design. Our bathrooms didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was amazing with unbelievable water pressure! My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to returning to Boutique Hotel Shell very soon.
