The hotel was close to the cable cars and only a 10 minute drive to Kotor old town (not at busy periods as we did sit in traffic some of the time).

You can walk to the old city, it’s about 20-25 minutes (little bit uphill on the way back). Or to drive by car and to leave it near the gas station.
