The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

This hotel offers great value with large clean rooms, nice facilities, and very friendly staff. WiFi worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was also nice with different options each day. Location is in between the park and the historic center.

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

It was good. Had a good variety and if you needed something extra the stuff was there to get it for you. Overall it was very good. Taste and quality wise was very good.

Awesome hostel - it’s in such a nice location and only a short walk from all the museums and centre. The beds were comfy and the dorm room felt very private. Showers and water pressure were the best we’d had in 3 months in Mexico. Would 100% stay again.

Honestly, this is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Mexico. It's kind of a hidden gem as the front of the hotel doesn't look like much. The location, right on the edge of the old town, is convenient. Once inside, the character of the place and the rooms them self are such a joy to be in. The bespoke furnishings are of some of the highest quality I've seen; the mattress was very large and very comfortable; the rooms are spacious with nice tall ceilings. We stayed in a room near the pool, it was peaceful and lovely. We had an extra bonus from the desk manager after checkout. He noticed some challenge we were having with transportation and offered a ride (in a brand new Audi SUV) to the bus station. Very personal service, thank you.

The Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria is located 5 minutes from the Angelópolis Shopping Center and 10 minutes from the Historic Center.
