When I entered it from the street, it felt like I walked into a universe of art, heritage and warmth. I also met some interesting travellers like art historians etc. Highly recommended when visiting Merida. Also staff is polite, courteous and responsible.

Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole setting is all about blending completely with nature — you’ll see lizards walking across the terrace, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the surroundings. Don’t come here having five-star ultimate luxury demands — come for something far more valuable: authenticity, calm, and a feeling of being exactly where you belong.

The room was stunning with a double shower 🚿 facing the patio full of plants 🌱 felt really exotic. The breakfast was delicious. Alan was very welcoming and kind; he did our check-in. But the restaurant staff, gardeners, cleaning ladies, everyone was great and provided excellent guest experience.

Breakfast was great. I got fruit, yogurt with muesli, eggs, toast, juice, tea, etc. The two staff members that I conversed with were very helpful and very friendly. And the kitties… well I love cats.

We stayed in the glamping tent as a family of four - the room was beautiful and well appointed. It rained in the night and it was magical. We knew we could swim in one cenote. It was a wonderful surprise that it was a private experience and that we could swim in multiple cenotes! The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure everyone had as private an experience in nature as possible.

The bed and breakfast features an outdoor swimming pool and a housekeeping service. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed, lots of drawers to unpack and a nice big shower. The building is a beautifully renovated older building with a pool at the back. Breakfast every morning was delicious. We were within walking distance of the main square, 60th which had lots of shops, many restaurants and Paseo de Montejo. A great location just off the beaten track. Note, the doorbell is high on the left side of the door frame.
