This 4-star apartment offers full-day security, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The apartment has private entrance. Perfect location I stayed in the AJ Residence and also the AC Residence, both in the same area, identical rooms and comfort. Very confortable and nicely decorated room. I appreciated the fridge, the electric rolling shutter with remote control, the modern lighting with sensitive switchers. And above all: the most proactive and responsive communication with a residence’s manager I’ve ever had. Really worth the price.

Nice and very friendly hosts, easy to reach via whatsup. The room was quite small but that didn't bother us. Comfy bed. Lovely stay.

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

At the resort, every room is fitted with a balcony that opens up to views of the sea and the mountain. Friendly staff! They help u anytime! Resort is peaceful and good place for being offline. Food is good! I would recommend this place if you want to take easy and relax. Check weather if u are coming in rainy season by car. We had to leave our rental car at the Dragon Pearl beach because flood was closed the road.

Some units feature a terrace and / or a patio with sea or garden views. I liked everything! The atmosphere is quite and relaxing. You feel as in the family, and a very accepting family! Everything you need is provided for you; Fred and Espi really make your life comfortable. In addition, the wonderful nature around, and you can get kayaks to go to the nearest island to make snorkeling and to see corals and colorful fishes... If you need a rest after the long working year, it is the best place you can choose. No noise, no transport, no crowds, the view of ocean, a very clean beach near the stay. We had a walk around the island, and the best and cleanest beach was near our stay. The food that the owners provide was delicious, everything was home-made, including the bread that I couldn't stop to eat it. I have a food allergy, and Espi cooked for me individually so that I could eat without worrying about it. It is the place that I would like to return there each year! I just want to thank Fred and Espi, his wife, for this wonderful time!

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Trisha, Simon and their staff are absolutely fantastic. They provide a terrific experience. The facilities are super nice, but what stands out is that they treat you like family. Also, the food provided is truly exceptional. They should get a Michelin star. Make sure that you book the room with breakfast included. Super recommended for anyone staying in the town.
