I got upgraded because the dorms were under renovation. The double room was very comfortable, even better for that price. The owners were very friendly, I got to eat with them in the evening.

Since Kuala Tahan is very small village, everything is nearby (food stalls, laundry, market, travel agencies).

Free parking is available on site. Super clean, comfy, great ac, great view and the room was a good size. Not super social but there’s a hostel down the road that you can hang out at for the social aspect. The free coffee/tea/water was a bonus.

It provides guests with both private rooms and dormitories. The rooms were spacious, clean and felt quite new. Bed was rather big and had a nice mattress. The AC worked perfectly. Shower was separated from the toilet (which was super rare on our vacation in Malaysia).

The rooms are actually beautiful, and quite spacious. The restroom is bigger some apartments elsewhere. Restaurant is beautiful, food is good, not great variety but it isn't bad at all. We stayed for two nights, I wish we stayed a little longer. I was a llittle afraid of what I could find in the room being in the middle of the rain forest, but none of that, the place is quite safe.
