The guest house features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The place has a nice garden full of tropical plants, and an open roofed space with chairs, tables and hammocks. The breakfast was the usual Nicaraguan gallo pinto (rice with black frijoles) with eggs and fried plantains. Tasty. I made my own coffee in the guest kitchen. There are some nice walks from the place to a natural pool, the nearby (1.5 km) Finca Magdalena, and along the lakeshore past Balgue.

Free private parking is available and the homestay also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Very lovely and beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. In the morning we were greeted by houwler monkeys that were chilling in the trees next to the house. Teresa was super sweet with our little son and shared a lot with us about her own family history and Nicaragua. Playa Mangos and El Peru in walking distance. Highly recommended, you wont regret it!

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. had a lovely stay here in Rivas - room was clean and comfortable, facilities were good and kitchen had everything you needed. Rex and Julieta are so kind and helpful. they made me feel so safe and welcome, and really looked after me. i hope to return in the future:)

This property exceeded our expectations! Located right on the beach and walking distance to local surf spots. The staff were great and the rooms were clean & comfortable. We had an awesome stay with our two young boys & dog. Already looking forward to our next stay! :)

Delicious food and hot chocolate. Beautiful location with big garden and view on the lake. Beds are comfortable and it’s very clean. Calm and great place to take rest.

The farm stay features family rooms. Absolutely loved staying at Finca La Magia! It's such a beautiful and quiet spot, the staff was incredibly friendly and all facilities and rooms were spot clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor showers and the pets were adorable as well

Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport is 97 km from the property. Very cool spot, nice wooden building with good airflow, comfortable beds, free cold drinking water!!! Good kitchen and very friendly owner and volunteers. About 100 meters to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main area of town. Nice and quiet, and kittens!! For the price probably the best deal in town!
