I originally booked this hostel because I read that he is a big help with organizing treks & also offers the best prices. After comparing a few companies and talking to other travelers it turns out that it's true - so I ended up booking the Manaslu Trek through Babou and it was absolutely incredible! So if you're planning on doing a trek in Nepal you have to stay here!! I spent the first two nights in the dorm and then decided to move to a private room as the hostel is social enough, even if you're not staying in the dorm. The beds in the private rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is basic but delicious (coffee or tea, toast with jam, eggs, banana). The location is perfect as well - only 5 minutes walking to Thamel. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Kathmandu.

The facilities were top-notch, the rooms spotless, and the location couldn’t be more central. Staying in the Presidential Suite with my group of friends felt like a true 5-star experience, and the price we got made it even better. Every detail, from the décor to the service, exceeded expectations.

Very nice breakfast served on the roof with a view of the city and the mountains. Got to borrow a computer and got to leave our bags when we went trecking without extra cost. The hotel is located extremely central. Nibhesh in the reception and the owner Niranjan gave many nice recommendations for our stay.

Room were ready at the time we were arrived. Manager and stuff were very friendly and accommodating, very useful with information about a City and aria, Room was clean and already had water and even fresh fruits. wifi was working fast and no issues. i needed to stay 3 hours later manager was very helpful. complimentary breakfast was very good.
