The market and arc are right in front of the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location. Very hot water, which was critical during some cold nights. Lastly, the staff members were great, especially Jose Luis. He took care of us from before we arrived. Always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We went during semana santa, and his coworker called out, and he worked almost 2 days straight and kept a smile on his face. 10/10 service

The communication with the host was perfect - from the beginning to the end. We were able to check in earlier in the morning after a long night bus ride, and also we could check out later the day we left. WIFI is very quick and you can enjoy a good view from the terrace. Highly recommendable!
