And her lovely colleague made a phone call for sending my suitcase to fixed. The room was sparkling clean and housekeeping was done every day. Homemade breakfast was tasty and the customers were friendly and easy going. I had a wonderful time here and wish could back again.

Location convenient and close to Jorge Chavez International airport. Makes a great place to stay if need a quick and affordable place to sleep while waiting for a layover flight. Hosts were very nice and thoughtful, even provided breakfast to go when we had to Checkout early in the morning to catch our flight.

It's the best place to stay in Barranco and Miraflores. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. And this is the most quiet place in central Lima. If you're looking for a place in Lima where you can sleep and have rest with a guarantee then you're lucky if you get a reservation in that hotel. Inside the hotel there are lots of natural plants and flowers. It looks fantastic 😍😊

Pariwana has an amazing ambiance, very clean rooms, the staff was kind and friendly, you can share time with people of different nationalities. I love the location, the hostel is so close to restaurants, bars and discos. It such a good place to stay in Lima.

The location was very nice, in Miraflores district, in walk in distance to all the places you would want to visit in the district. It was very easy to get to from the airport and easy to use the public transport to get to city center. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

I spent 3 months in Peru in different cities, and I can say that this flat was the best.
- The location is close to the city centre
- The flat is very comfortable for 2 people because it has 2 bathrooms, so you save a lot of time when you get ready in the morning
- The flat is clean, comfortable, safe, and well-planned
- There are a lot of small shops nearby and a supermarket within walking distance (10 minutes)
- The owner is very kind and helpful

We stayed here twice, in the beginning and end of our Perú trip. Doña Guadalupe was wonderful, she treated us like family and made us feel like at home. She makes fresh breakfast every morning and is super helpful with anything you need. We had a great time.
The room was big and confortable. Everything super clean.
Location is good, near to Miraflores centre and the bus station to the Lima Centre is 5 minutes away.

Location was fabulous just off the centre of Barranco but inside a quiet, safe gated compound.
Carlos the host and his daughter were amazing, he lent us a card for the rapid transport bus to the city centre and came with us to the stop to help us (non-Spanish speakers) load on the fare, and booked us an airport taxi on the local app.
The apartment was comfortable with plenty of hot water (not always a given in Peru)

3B is Brilliant!! A perfect place to stay in Barranco! The hotel is comfortable, simple, modern and very well designed. Elizabeth at reception was always very helpful and attentive and made us feel at home - her recommendations for places to eat and visit were excellent! Everything in Barranco is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is fun and delicious. All day coffee and water is available from the lobby.
