Fantastic clean and comfortable place to stay in Ollantaytambo. We had family suite with amazing mountains view. The beds are super comfortable with so many blankets so you won’t get cold at night. The host Alex and his team are super friendly and helpful. Made us feel like we home truly. Breakfast is tailored as well and very fresh. Would highly recommend this place.

Daniel was super on top of things. From the get go we knew what was going to happen. All of them accommodated translation in both English and Spanish. Took their time and we made it!!! This was a very doable experience., I never did a Via Ferrata nor Ziplining nor an extreme sport before and I was very proud. My partner was his first time too, but he is more fit then I am. The facilities were clean, comfy, cozy. SkyLodge was the best bed we had slept in, from our entire Peru trip and that says quite a lot. All instructions were easy to understand and we felt extremely safe all the way. We had the highest pod and had no issue moving between our and the dining pod, even in the dark! There was wind blowing, however nothing too drastic shaking the pod, as some reviews stated(and we did have very strong winds that night- it rained that night) not too much noise as some reviewers experienced from below traffic or the train and only some lights from the towns below but nothing too bad (close the curtains on that side if ur bothered) The food was great, we felt like VIP's and all were truly genuine in their service and hospitality. From our hotel pick up to our drop off (we had a massage appointment to make in Cusco that afternoon) they went out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience one out of this world♥️. Was also great to be able to make our own tea - including coca leaves tea. Was sad to leave and missing it already.

Great location We paid extra for the heater since we stayed in winter. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the coffee was incredible Overall I will come back because Jenny makes the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable

I loved the plants and the open ceiling over the dining area. Also the balcony seating was great for breakfast (which was delicious). There was also an art exhibit that had very unique and beautiful woodworking pieces by Suni Sonqo art. Pisco sours were also very good. Very cozy and comfortable.
