On the last day we had a little issue with a third party transport to the port, but the owner resolved it promptly. Thank you very much and see you again!

Cute resident dogs are a bonus :-) Starlink installation has recently happened so it would make a good base for nomads, given that and the bungalow size, bedroom, dining (work) area and outdoor space.
