The pick-up staff at the airport had our names as their guests and we were directed to the right minivan without any problems (and this happened without us even ordering a pick-up service - this was just great)! You can book tours, order pick-up and drop off service, rent a motorbike, they even have snorkeling gear, beach towels and waterproof bags for rent. There are mosquito nets on the windows, and the wi-fi was good. We enjoyed our stay very much.
