I so appreciated the owner's consideration for my comfort and his staff seems to have the same sentiment. The location is away from the noises of the city which adds to the therapeutic feeling while you're there. You can easily drive to Coimbra about 20 minutes away and enjoy the quiet roads along the way. The restaurant is classy and has a big menu. I ordered the sliced cod which ended up being too salty and fishy-tasting. I don't know if it is the recipe or if the recipe needs to be adjusted. The service was excellent and their wine selection is impressive.

The rooms are not huge but they're just what I needed, I really really loved this place I would definitely come back. 🔅🙏💮
