Exceeded our expectations, given the other 4 star hotels in the other islands. A special mention to Ruben at the front desk and Inĕs of the breakfast staff. The first welcomed us warmly and quickly gave us all the information, the second made our breakfasts great, making us start the morning with a big and friendly smile. Definitely recommend to any Açores traveler. Just one suggestion: add something under the bathroom sink to hide the pipes and set one's toiletries.

Certain rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. I loved this stay! getting the room with a balcony facing the water was amazing — going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was lovely. And the receptionist was SO helpful! She helped me get a car rental the day I arrived and told me more about the sites I was interested in visiting! :)
