The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. Absolutely amazing. Our stay was great . As a family with 2 children we had 2 floors villa with 2 bedrooms. Everything was perfect , beds super comfortable, very professional and kind staff, everything super clean. The buffet for breakfast is fantastic. Relaxing atmosphere, i loved the green area outside our villa. The hotel is in a very good position, very easy to reach. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended

I liked the value for money, location, and friendly professional staff... It was much better for my needs than a 5* hotel. No Breakfast, even though there was a kitchen and a supermarket delivery service, they know and were able to mitigate that, so it's actually good service from them to proactively have it there. Praying mat, Qur'an and TVs in both living and bedroom.
