The staff was very helpful. Apartment was located on the 13th floor and had an amazing view of the city. Design of the room was very pleasant. Breakfast times were convenient and the breakfast itself was very good. Has a superb location with access to the city center.

It was a perfect place to stay for skiing and exploring. The outdoor sauna was amazing, as was the indoor one. Met some of the owners too, who were really nice, Will definitely return if we are in the area.

How accommodating the staff are to my requests, e.g. early check in, late check out, I requested a desk for my room and they delivered. The location is great, its in the middle of the city center and it's such a clean hostel.

Good positioning, the hotel location is near to railway station and very convenient to explore the city center, 5 min walk.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was big and cozy, and all amenities for a short stay were available.
The breakfast was excellent and during evening there was free tea and coffee in the lounge.

The room was surprisingly nice, considering the somewhat gruff exterior of the hotel. It appeared recently renovated with a nice, inviting tone, good beds and a comfortable bathroom. The location was very close to the city centre, and the breakfast was decent, considering the price for staying.

The perfect place to stay, having climbed Kebnekaise the day before, then had the long 19km walk-out to Nikkaluotka and the bus ride to Kiruna the next day. The shower was lovely and hot, the evening meal delicious and the bed so comfortable!
