The Funky Monkey Hostel - 18 to 40 years old only has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Haad Rin. Located around 500 metres from Haad Rin Nai Beach, the hostel with free WiFi is also 15 km away from Phaeng Waterfall. Some rooms at the property have a patio with a sea view. Funky Monkey is SO worth it. Staying during Full Moon? Expect great pre-drinks, free body paint, and a really comfortable stay at walking distance from the beach. Safety is unmatched: there are security cameras all around the property and the lockers provide plenty of storage. Staying outside of Full Moon? This is the perfect place to enjoy and explore Koh Phangan! Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s not a party hostel- but the social atmosphere is incredible. You’ll make friends that feel like family, will always have some activity to join if you want, and enjoy the best free breakfast & snacks at the hostel. If you’re looking to relax: there’s a massive TV with games and a bunch of couches on top of the reception. Special shoutout to Julius, the owner, who goes above and beyond day in and day out to ensure his guests have a good time (I don’t know how he does it, tbh). He’ll take initiative on organizing activities, bring snacks, and is always there to help and advise you about your travels. If you’re lucky, he may even organize a group tour showing the best of what Ko Phangan has to offer! Also, special shoutout to P1! She is absolutely incredible- there to care of all the guests. When you’re going out to the beach, she’ll make sure you’ve got a beach towel with you. When you go on a hike, she’ll make sure you’ve got some water with you. When it starts raining like hell, she’ll be there to offer you a raincoat. P1 is one of the most caring and attentive people I’ve ever met - truly incredible! Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay so memorable 😊

Room is very cosey and in good shape. Very fresh and clean. Close to the beach and good resturants. And the price is very low for this good room.

Best option if you want to stay in Salad beach Phangan. Houses look better than in pictures. Excellent facilitties, clean rooms and private pool. Very nice and helpfull staff! Just 2min walk from the beach and restaurants. Market next door. This part of the island is quite and serene, but much beautiful. 5-10min by car to Malibu beach and Secret beach. Strongly recommand!

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home has family rooms. I’m rarely ranking 10 but joy houses deserve it ! Mostly because of the owner Amit hospitality. Amit really care about your stay and helps a lot with information and everything you need ! He even gave me a ride to the pier when I checked out ! The place itself is brand new and location on beautiful spot on hills with epic view to ocean . The room is super clean and modern AC and hot water works perfectly. Bed is comfortable and luxurious. Location is few minutes walk from Haad Rin beach and ( both sides ) recommend on Leela beach - amazing pearl of a beach ! . What can I say more .. absolutely great experience.

Situated in Haad Pleayleam, less than 1 km from Pleayleam Beach, Naiwok Hills Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. With free WiFi, this 4-star resort offers room service and a concierge service. Rooms are equipped with a patio. We had a fantastic stay at Naiwok Hills! Our two-bedroom villa was perfect for a family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the smart TV was a great touch for relaxing indoors. The property is in a peaceful area, with a lovely pool and strong WiFi. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive—special thanks to Te for making our stay even better! We also rented bikes directly from them, which made getting around easy. The location is just a few minutes’ drive from the center, offering a great balance of convenience and tranquility. The only minor downside is the last 200 meters of the road leading to the hotel, which is a bit bumpy and off-road. It’s manageable by bike, but not the most comfortable ride. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The bungalow beachfront was great , very clean, the room didn’t miss anything with a very nice decoration. Waking up with sea view and going to sleep watching the moon from our bed has been great.
