It felt just like home but with the comfort and convenience of a hotel. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. One of the best parts was the fully equipped kitchen – we were able to cook our own meals and enjoy them just like at home, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and stores just a short walk away, so everything we needed was within easy reach. It made our trip so much more convenient. A special mention to the agent who managed the property – such a kind and helpful person. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and was always approachable whenever we had questions. Overall, this condo gave us the perfect balance of homely comfort and hotel-like service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-managed place to stay. We would definitely love to return!

I enjoyed the washer, AC, large comfortable bed, quiet room for quality sleep. The cleaner came a couple times during my stay which was useful. Nice security at front gate to give an extra layer of security. Great location. I enjoyed some early morning walks on Jomtien beach and some very good restaurants close by. Away from the heavy party district but accessible. Dislike: a distance away from the malls but grab very affordable in Pattaya. no gym in the building but several gyms and kickboxing gyms within walking distance. I recommend battle conqueror. Very good price.

Bed was somewhat firm (thin mattress? maybe traditional Thai thing), but I really liked that. Outdoors area is amazing! Pool with waters of perfect temperature, fish & parrots, decorations - made me want to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The property has personal touch in everything - like name tags on the room doors & the owner greeting you. People were helpful & attentive. We travelled with a toddler, & she was welcomed there, which is very important for me as a parent. Location is good. Fruit market around the corner as well as massage, beach & Terminal 21 (big shopping mall) are within 10 min walking.
