The contrast of sea and mountain views was the cherry on top, a rare and beautiful combination that made our stay feel like something extraordinary. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The super breakfast each morning was a highlight, delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to choose from. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a great place for kids to play and enjoy, and even a playing zone for elders to have fun. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for cooling off after a warm day. What truly touched us was a thoughtful gesture at the end of our stay. We were two families traveling with two infants, and as we waited to complete the checkout process with our van already outside, the hotel staff surprised us with two packets of dry meals, two for each baby knowing they will be travelling back to Bangkok by road. It was such a small but meaningful act that left a lasting impression on all of us. It showed not only their attention to detail but also the genuine care and kindness of the entire team. Overall, Seamira House offered everything we could have hoped for - comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality. It’s not a complaint, just a recommendation; if possible, please consider adding a shuttle service to the beaches, which would make the experience even more convenient for guests.

It was my third time staying here, and I really appreciate the management - the people who own this place are always kind and attentive and they take their business seriously. The hostel is clean, well designed, there are hot drinks and cookies in the comfortable lounge area, there are bicycles available to cycle to the beach or to the night market, and watching the sunset from the terrace is always a nice way to end the day. Nearby are some really good places to eat including an Udon Thani style restaurant.

Our golden retriever was warmly welcomed, quickly getting along with the neighbor dogs. They recommended unique spots we wouldn't have found ourselves. The accommodation was clean, with lovely plants in the bathroom and an enjoyable koi pond. Parking was conveniently right outside our room.

Breakfast was standard for a hotel of this caliber - pool was fantastic, gym was big and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and big. Location was a little outside the center of Hua Hin but there was a shuttle 5x/day and easy to get a Grab.

Poon, Michel and Kan were extremely welcoming, thoughtful and helpful, sharing lots of invaluable tips about the local area, and arranging our transport. Poon's breakfasts were the best food we had in Thailand! I'm vegan and my partner is vegetarian, and she made some delicious, creative Thai breakfasts for us. The room was immaculate, very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with several restaurants and a minimart within easy walking distance. We rented a scooter and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. The scenery around Sam Roi Yot is stunning, and the roads are quiet so the driving was straight forward. There is plenty to see and do, and we saw lots of wildlife (kingfishers, bee-eaters, Dusky Langurs) as we explored. Thank you Poon, Michel and Kan for an absolutely wonderful time at Namaste!

The property is non-smoking and is located 2.7 km from Ban Krut Beach. Awesome place! Have stayed in several places, this is one is clearly in the top. You can tell that the owners take care of the place as they keep it in top condition, clean and tidy. Owners/staff really helpful and friendly. For me no downsides at all. If you are lazy you could find it a long way to town or the beach but that shouldnt be a downside for the accomodation. Really recommend this one.

All amenities in the room were of high quality, the way he divided the small space is very thoughtful.

I liked the hospitality, I arrived late with the train and they came to pick me up, when I arrived I was hungry and the mother prepared me a plate of rice with omelette, when I left they accompanied me to the station again, very kind people :-)
