I even cancelled my reservation at another property to extend my stay here. Wonderful, friendly staff, very nice small restaurant (serving great breakfast and lunch - and amazing coconut ice cream!) and nicely-tended garden courtyard make this place one not to be missed. For the money, best property on the island. Just know that it is away from the beach, but in a quieter part of the town. And everything is within easy walking distance.

Everything excellent. Staff exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner service - very good. The room was of generous size and wonderfully decorated. Also loved our balcony, on the second floor. There were at max 150 people in Koh Kradan, no roads but just beach access & very few resorts. Kalumé, within those, was by far the most beautiful one. A gorgeous garden, eco-friendly & plastic free management, with several amenities given for free (paddle, canoes and snorkling materials). Kalumé with its kind italian owners and delicious restaurant is mirroring the italian dolce vita on thr beach front of a paradise Thai island. We loved our stay & we would definetly come back again.

Really cozy place to stay and chill. The room was lovely and a traditional Thai breakfast was provided every morning along with bottles of water for the day. The best thing about the property though has to be the hosts! What a lovely couple. They were so kind to myself and my partner and made us feel very welcomed and totally at home. We had some cool conversations where one of the hosts demonstrated her impressive English! She also educated us on the 2 different types of mango trees they have on the land and also prepared one of the sweet fruits for us, it was delicious! The husband also makes his own coffee and we were lucky enough to try that too! I believe we tried a medium roast and it did not disappoint. But as a whole, the hosts really made our stay special.
