Fabulous staff, very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Walking distance down to a shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast was lovely. The Front Desk arranged van transfers to and from the Airport, as well as my balloon adventure and a Turkish dinner with a show. All were reasonably priced and punctual.

There is an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view of the hot air balloons. Lovely staff, Bahar the girl we met at breakfast was really nice and lovely.

The hotel personal was so friendly and helpful and made the experience feel very personal. They were so kind to upgrade our room at no cost and the suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The bed was super comfortable and everything extremely clean. It is a new hotel that opened this year and everything feels new and modern. The breakfast was good. They're going to have a spa in the future that is currently being build.
