It is located close to all the shops, to restaurants and cafes, so our daily trips were spent on enjoying our holiday rather than worrying about transport. The staff was always avaliable, and they provided help with literally anything we asked, be it simple things such as sim card usage or instructions on how to get to specific places in the city. They were very professional and all knew English fluently, and they were also very kind and funny. The standard in the hotel was great. The rooms and halls were airy, there was a daily cleaning service, so our rooms were always tidy. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. Fruit, nuts, sweets, bread etc, there was no shortage of choices. (Special thanks to Halit and Umut). The hotel also provided a taxi service that covered the trip from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The taxi was large and reminiscent of a minibuss, which was much appreciated after a long plane ride. Special thanks to Ferhat, Hamzah and Aiqot (hope I spelled it correctly) who were absolutely lovely and made our stay perfect. Definitely coming back here the next time we visit Turkey.

Great location- I was able to walk or use public transport to access every place I wanted to visit. It was close enough to the busy streets of Istanbul but tucked away for quiet nights. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was a bonus to have a terrace to get fresh air first thing in the morning or when it was raining. I appreciate connecting with the staff over a cup of Turkish tea and the cookies that were available in the lobby. As a solo traveler the conversations were one of the highlights of my trip. I felt as I made new friends. The hotel was so great, I booked an additional night after my 3 week trip through Türkiye. I highly recommend this hotel. Inshallah I will return.

The location is amazing with just less than 5 mins walk to the nearest tram station “Sirkeci”, and around 10-15 mins walk to “Eminonu” where you can take many trams and boats. The breakfast is great with many varieties. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are superb, very great service mind and greeting us with such warm welcome, especially Melik, Berk, Ebru, Baris. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
