Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com

Also, the hotel's location is near Cumhuriyet St. and the shopping malls.

Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.
